Abstract:

There is a whole discipline and management philosophy built around "Requirements Management". My career has been built around battling this fallacy - as there is no such thing as "Requirements Management". My goal with this presentation is to challenge your thinking about where requirements actually come from - and therefore you can make your projects immune to "bad" or "missed" requirements.
