Scott Shorr is an accomplished, project management and business process professional with comprehensive experience within the private and public sectors. He has a unique blend of experience in managing people and programs using PMI best practices as a PMP, CSM, business analysis. He currently consults to the Department of Defense in the standup of their PMO and IT service management processes.
