Randi Inniss

Ms. Inniss is a dedicated Product Manager in the insurance industry, specializing in delivering high-quality mobile apps to the market. She began her career as a Process Analyst in government contracting and has since held various roles, including Senior Business Analyst, Business Relationship Manager, and Director of Product Management.

Inniss gained the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Currently, she proudly serves as the President of the IIBA South Florida Chapter.

Treasurer

Jill Boehme

Jillian Boehme is a seasoned Business Analyst with a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and ITIL certification. Her career has focused on transforming complex data into actionable strategies, driving success at Citrix Systems, Office Depot, and Uniform Advantage. Known for bridging communication gaps between business and IT teams, Jillian excels in navigating complex IT landscapes and implementing effective solutions.

She currently serves as Treasurer of the IIBA South Florida Chapter. Jillian is dedicated to empowering businesses with data-driven insights and believes in the power of informed decision-making for organizational success.

Vice President (VP) Communications & Marketing 

Alice Milfort

Alice Milfort is a Business Analyst with expertise in crafting detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Product Requirements Documents (PRD), and user guide documentation. She has gained valuable experience in digital marketing projects, utilizing data analysis to provide insights that drive business growth. Alice thrives in agile environments and excels at engaging with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met with precision. As the Acting VP of Marketing & Communications, she aims to leverage her skills to align business needs with marketing strategies. In addition to her professional pursuits, Alice enjoys working out and swimming.

Ronny Aguilar

Ronny Aguilar is a seasoned Business Analyst with more than 15 years of experience across diverse industries. Beginning his career as a programmer, it allowed him to develop a strong foundation in technical problem-solving before transitioning into business analysis. Now, he has gained the ability to excel at gathering and analyzing requirements for new systems, processes, and automations and collaborating in multiple projects to design business solutions effectively. With a strong commitment to the field of business analysis, Ronny continuously seeks to stay ahead of industry trends, adopting best practices to drive efficiency and success for businesses. His expertise in aligning technology with business goals has consistently helped organizations streamline operations and achieve measurable results. Recently, he joined the South Florida Chapter assuming the role as the VP of Membership delivering his strategic insights and analytical expertise to enhance membership growth and engagement.
