Abstract:

Most BAs are familiar with BA techniques mentioned in BABoK. During my last 25 years of BA career, I experimented with these techniques and often created newer versions of the techniques. The newer versions served my stakeholders better and I am quite confident they will serve you and your stakeholders also better.

He has guided 30+ six sigma projects in iGate, MACH, and Akzo Nobel. LN holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM Ahmedabad, and BE (Honors) in Electronics.
